In Bali, many so‑called “restaurants” are in reality single individuals cooking from rundown, unsanitary locations while presenting themselves as legitimate establishments.Grab knowingly tolerates these practices, deceiving customers for profit. The company earns more per transaction than its drivers, while promoting fake discounts to inflate internal metrics and perpetuate manipulation.This is exploitation. Regulators and politicians must act, stop allowing large corporations to mislead and take advantage of citizens.
