I had a reservation for a 6am flight, but by that time, no cab was arranged. At 6:07 am, still no vehicle. I had to cancel my booking due to the absence of a cab. This is totally unacceptable! There was no way to contact Customer Service during the wait. This situation highlights a lack of responsibility and care for customers. Oversight authorities should investigate the poor standards of this service.
