I booked advance taxi via grab applications to airport . The flying date we are waiting the driver never pickup . Then I find another source book taxi go airpot the reason Missed flight . Then I complaint grab customer care & help centre . It’s very worst response . No clear information about the issue . My suggestion Singapore never use grab app for taxi especially for airpot trip .
I have used grab travel with no problems but my last two grab food delivered have been delivered over 40 minutes late from stated delivery time rendering my food stone cold and inedible ! I even sent a message to the restaurant with the correct delivery address and also sent a message to the delivery rider with the correct delivery address and still was an utter waste of my money. To contact them with this complaint is hard to accomplish so I say let the buyer beware !
