I've enjoyed their watercolors as a beginner hobbyist. This prompted me to order more products over a week ago. The website states shipping takes up to three business days, but that time has passed with no updates on my order. I've emailed customer service and reached out through social media, but received no replies. Their site claims they prioritize customer service. If I don't see any progress soon, I'll need to dispute the charge with my credit card company. It's disappointing because their products are good.
