If you are thinking about using Grace DON'T!We decided to use Grace cause the sales guy seemed super genuine.. told us that Graces point of difference was the aftercare service and how they go above and beyond. Well let me tell you that couldn't be further from the truth. - It started with the guys packing our furniture. They book this across 2 days but they told us to lie if anyone asked and they would just get it done in 1 day. It ended up taking them 5 hrs.. however they ran out of steam and left boxes of tiles and flooring and missed sections in the kitchen that we had to pack ourselves.-They dismantled things that really didnt need to be. We were bring back some french doors they removed the door handles and we couldnt locate the screws.- They also couldn't be bothered to take any of the tape, boxes and paper so we were left trying to get rid of massive loads of rubbish.- Next They also didn't bring enough TV boxes. So they said they would tell the guys that pack the shipping container. They arrived the next day and had no communication from the previous team.. so we had to put the TV in normal packing boxes.- Next they promise you 3-4 weeks transit time. They also don't tell you about the time it has to clear customs, This could be another 2-4 weeks.- We had our moving day booked in.. they arrived 5 hours late as everyone was off sick that day.- The moving guys were really nice and said that we don't need to get the movers to unpack if you don't want Grace will come back when ever we are ready and collect all our packing rubbish. We sent an email on 16/12 asking the contact if we could organise a collection, she then said that operations would be in touch. Well its now 8 weeks later. We have not been contacted ONCE from Grace, we have called spoken to staff.. we have sent 5 follow up emails.. and NOTHING.. 8 WEEKS of being unable to park our car in our carport due to us moving the boxes to stay out of the weather. - The boxes now are housing cockroaches due to it being a warm damp place to hide.- We also had multiple broken items but if you don't lodge this within the first 7 days its pretty much useless. They leave this out when they are selling you on the zero fee for making a claim on any damaged itemsSO DO NOT LISTEN TO ALL THE PROMISES.They truly have been the worst to deal with, not once has there been an attempt at trying to explain whats happening or why there is a delay or the steps moving forward. They simply ignore our emails.Wouldn't recommend this beyond average business to ANYONE
