Ida in Windlass has provided a great service, I believe she is a great listener, very friendly, professional, and provided a great response to an immediate query. My partner and I have been in Windlass for years now, we feel appreciative for the actions the various teams are doing, the friendliness and kindness in service, we feel we really enjoy the location and facilities.We have seen the company improve in some aspects through the years, which we feel we appreciate, however I think some constructive feedback is about wear and tear repairs for long-term residents and improving or building new systems to respond to same facilities being used by more residents, such as the gym.
