⭐ 1 Star – Scam and Rip-off – Stay Away from guestreservations.com!I booked 2 nights at the Grand Hotel Vienna (386 € per night = 772 € total).After entering my credit card details, 1,202 € was charged immediately – with no price summary or confirmation page shown beforehand.Shortly after, I received an email listing “fees” of over 430 € – completely outrageous.When I arrived at the hotel, no reservation could be found, and the Grand Hotel Vienna staff told me that guestreservations.com is a scam.Only after 45 minutes of discussion and the hotel manager getting involved was my booking suddenly “found”.This is pure fraud and deception.The Grand Hotel Vienna should immediately cut ties with such partners – it seriously damages their reputation.Shame on both – stay away!
