As soon as we filed a claim, we had a representative on it. Mandy worked with us and pretty much "held our hand" as we walked through that horrible experience of loss. From the time we filed our claim until we were notified of getting our insurance payment to cover the loss was 12 days which is unheard of- plus we were dealing with a death in our immediate family at that same time. We are very thankful for the help from Mandy- I would highly recommend Grange!!
