I had a wonderful experience with Mark McCune. He was very helpful and explained the process very thoroughly. Unfortunately, my dealings with Chris, the Jeweler was not as helpful. He contacted me initially and sent me a picture. I sent 3 emails with more details to Chris and never heard back until today when he asked if I had a picture. I had told him I couldn't find a picture in 1 of the earlier emails.
