We had a hail claim, we we're weary going into it expecting a hassle and a battle. The process was actually super simple. An agent texted us, asked for some photos, sent out an adjuster and a very thorough report & claim followed. We were surprised to see that they were accounting for numerous details that we expected we would have to challenge them for. Ultimately it was as you would wish it would be when unexpected unfortunate events take place.
