I feel misled by the representatives involved, and even other professionals found their actions astonishing. Their discussion of bankruptcy, which happened years ago, was irrelevant. I too have rights and shouldn't have been treated as if I were at fault. Their actions greatly contributed to my financial distress. It appears they lack a fundamental understanding of their responsibilities. They ignored basic legal procedures, which led to my financial struggles and a loss of stability. This situation has had lasting effects on my life. It has been challenging to process this injustice, and I feel their negligence has caused me significant harm.
