Unethical sleazy sales people

I had a very similar experience as Jose at the dolphin mall kiosk. I purchased the products because the demonstration was a bit catchy and I asked about the return policy the sales man said i had 14 days guarantee and if i didnt like the products I can get a refund which is why I decided to purchase and give the products a try. When I got home I started reading the ingredients of the 5 products he stacked in my bag so quickly and cleverly as “free” add-ons mind you my total was $160. at the kiosk the return policy is no where to be seen. They printed out instructions on a receipt paper put it in the bad and did not give me the receipt of the products - VERY DECEITFUL! the only proof I had was the apple pay history - Mind you when I tried to call the number on my CC statement the customer service number listed was for SWOVSKI crystals…. exactly - what the heck ?!?! That was my red flag! I went back within 48hrs I told them my skin was sensitive to the ingredients they never mentioned and needed a refund they refused showing me the tiniest NO Refunds posted on their POS Machine that only the sales person can see from their point of view not the customers side. I asked to speak to the owner of the kiosk two FOOLs reluctantly showed up an italian guy and a fat venezuelan guy not being helpful at all actually being disrespectful and acting like I was crazy for telling them the sales person sold the product saying I had 2 weeks to return the product and kept on trying to give me the run around to swap the products or contact the distributor when i purchased from them. The whole experience was awful and I can’t even imagine the next person that tries to sell me something from a kiosk is getting the extreme cold do not look at me face because of the terrible horrible le experience.
