My first purchase was at the mall. I loved the products, so when I ran out I decided to buy online. My experience with customer service was not the best at the time, after letting them know I was contacted by a member of their team and she explained that they were in the process of improving their customer services. I was offered an apology, and a generous offer which I already received. I feel valued as a customer, and think that they are indeed interested in keeping their clients. I will buy again from Gratiae because I love their products.
