I ordered product on June 6, 2017. It was to be shipped within 2 days. A week later I contacted customer service and spoke with Chelsie. She said the sample was out and she would replace it with another sample and ship it right away. Waited another week, nothing received. Called again spoke with Chelsie, sample product issue again. I told her just send what I ordered and skip the sample. June 27th still nothing received. Called and she sent me the FedX tracking #. FedX had received the information and created the label but had not received the package. Contacted Chelsie and she said she would check on it and call me right back. Two days later no call back and no one at the phone # or customer service answers the phone. Guess I am just out $181.99 dollars. I wonder if this review will make it on this site. As of June 29. I called Customer Service and Chelsie answered, she had sent an e mail where she was having my order overnighted by FedX and apologized for all the mix up on my order and offered to send me extra product because of all the inconvenience. I checked on the new tracking number and the package has been received and is on its way. So I have given them 4 stars. If my next order goes smoothly I will give them 5 stars as I love the products I have used. Chelsie sounds like she is very busy and trying to do the best she can. Chelsie, thanks for restoring my confidence in ordering from Gratiae, Premier .
