Excellent Service!!

My jar of renewing moisturizing cream went bad and so I contacted Gratiae customer service. Chelsie responded quickly and was very helpful. After sending proof of purchase and photos of the defective item to her, she promptly approved and sent a replacement jar. I am very grateful for her help :)
