Gratiae states on its website accommodating refunds for items bought at a kiosk. We have a family member with a diagnosed bipolar disorder and manic episodes who bought over $11K during one such episode. We tried to return the items the very next day, the Kiosk is not willing to work with us. So we reached out to Gratiae Customer Service, and they are also not being helpful. This is a young married couple who cannot afford to be 11K in overdraft. Compassion and understanding would go a long way to showcase this companies ethics and values.
