Ordered a small item, has clearly gone missing with courier, for some day, as per tracking. Spoke to Grattan customer service and they said "It's in our delivery network...blah blah blah..will be delivered today". You are not DHL,it is not your "delivery network", why are you pretending it is? I can see it has been sat in their depo for days and not out for delivery. Why am I having to take time out of my working day to chase up bad companies and speak to very poor customer services that don't even have the delivery info I have?It is the senders job to chase up missing parcels, not the customers. Not a great 1st impression.
