I order and telly which got lost in transit so got in touch with customer services whole told me an investigation would need to take place which would take 5 to 7 days. After this time I was told they would reorder but my order was cancelled due to not enough money because they charged my for the telly twice but never bothered telling me they had cancelled it so 6 weeks down the line we still have no telly. This has happened everytime i have order a large more expensive item from this group
