Wrong item sent, after online chat replacement item ordered. Replacement not due to be delivered for another week. Wrong item has same order number as item I ordered. Did another online chat today, pointed out the issue with item number. Was told I should not have placed another order for the item, I didn't someone at Grattan did. Also told no guarantee which item I will receive when it is finally delivered. Requested that the correct item be dispatched on next day delivery. Told this wS not possible. Asked to speak to supervisor, only option given was to make a complaint and wait for someone to contact me. No way to treat a customer, never mind one of over 30 years custom.
