Had endless problems after being with them over 30 years. First was their system takes 24 hours to change an address ( I didn't know this) so I moved house, changed my address with them, ordered items I needed and it all went to my old address and was left outside cos the house was empty. I was sent photos of furniture outside by the courier who did not phone first or ask for a signature to my absolute horror. The rigmarole sorting that out took weeks as it was too far for me to go and collect and some of it was too heavy with no transport of my own. Some of it got stolen as the place I lived had an open communual garden. Next was the paying on the day due fiasco. They didn't take the money from my account until after the weekend so I was hassled about an overdue payment of £9.45 for 3 days. I paid, you didn't collect. Not my fault. Latest is the bnpl carry on. I pay off a certain amount on each bnpl and they put the whole amount on my flex account. Twice they put it into credit as they put more on then I owed. Also there is a smaller matter of a fridge freezer I bought for a relative that has been despatched 3 weeks and noone knows where it is. I can't cancel it cos it is "on its way" tho where from noone can tell me. So Iam paying off my balances asap and getting the hell out of dodge.
