Ordered 2 trees. The first one arrived and it was in a terrible condition the leaves had been eaten by what looked like slugs. It was bone dry and absolutely tiny. Extremely disappointed. If I phone customer services it costs a small fortune. There is no email option so the only way of contacting them is by live messaging. They couldn't help so put me through to a special team who asked if I wanted it replaced and I said yes. Three days later I've not heard anything so I messaged again. They said they couldn't help. I asked has it been reordered yes or no and they didn't know and didn't put me on to the special team. The 2nd tree arrived in better condition but again bone dry. Not happy.
