Booked delivery for a fixed day on the website. All seemed fine. Oddly today they called at 2pm to say it would be arriving between 1 and 4 - since it was already 2pm it seemed a bit weird, but I assumed they were just confused with clocks changing or something. But nothing has arrived, no further communication to explain or apologise. I tried calling at 5pm to ask where it was, but they'd all sodded off home by that point. Since it was apparently already on a truck and on the way at 2pm today, i assume they've just dumped it randomly outside someone else's house and I'm going to have to get a refund through PayPal and order again from a less useless company.God knows what will happen if they just randomly turn up tomorrow because I won't be here to find out. Absolute useless timewasters.
