My experience the first lot was delivered great not a problem, so I thought I would buy another 2 Bulks,that's when it went wrong. I sat in all day waiting for w Bulk laods and had paid someone to do the laying of the stones. Was spose to be by 2.30pm , it never arrived so thought I would leave it as of traffic. Anyway by 4.30pm I contacted gravel which was first to talk to a robot on the phone. She said im putting on hold . I stayed on fone for nearly half hour , in-between this I was going back to the robot to say how much longer. By 5pm I was fuming as the robot said Sorry we are closed and this was the bank Holiday weekend which made it worse. So then I thought look up the delivery people as they were separate the this company. A bloke answered and his reply was " sorry someone should of phoned you, the driver could not get to my house!!, so drove back where ever he came from. ( I dont believe this as theres 9 houses and its a cul de sac, and there defo was no cars in the way as we have a car park area. And my house is near where you come into us. There is loads of space to have park up as it was a normal size truck and they use a trolly jack ) the bloke on the end of phoned wasn't really bothered as was trying to get home I spose. I did explain about the road and that was that ) we will deliver Tuesday a few days laters. ( i was not happy)Then on Tuesday as of being bank Holiday I phoned them delivery company again. A woman answers and tells me, I will get this sorted and said they will be out by a certain time again. So I sat and waited the time went by , again I phoned woman back and this time it was we are so busy because it being bank Holiday he will defo be there soon. Not much I could do about it anyway. Later my husband went to go out aand said the stones are outside. So in the end I did get my stones after the bank Holiday weekend. I was not happy as I paid someone to lay the stones and then repaid him as he had to come back to do the job. All im saying is there really was no apology about everything and bank Holiday was wasted!!. Stones look nice i must admit. Thats my experience with this company.
