Worked with Manuel Marquez @ Gravity lending on a refinance of my current vehicle and got my approval # emailed to me after all details where given and hard credit check was done. Then crickets, the next day I get an email closing of my application because of reasons that was never asked by my loan officer. He never asked if I had extra money to put down, was I ok with a higher interest rate, etc. So of course I emailed him as asked why did you not even call me to discuss options?? His response was “I sent you a text”. What a waste of time and bad customer service. I was looking. At my hard credit pull on Credit Karma and saw there auto loan refi section. Ended up using Tresl for my refi and it was done same day with no issues at all.
