I paid $300 for a bariatric toilet riser with handles. Upon receipt, I discovered it was used and in unacceptable condition. It's hard to believe any medical service would do this. I strongly advise against purchasing from them; there are numerous complaints against them. Regrettably, we didn't check their reputation beforehand, as their website appears trustworthy. I hope to get a refund. Avoid making a purchase here.
