I was in the midst of a purchase, nearly $80.00, when the representative with a difficult-to-understand accent abruptly hung up on me. I was confirming whether the product was the actual brand and not a generic version. He assured me it was the real brand, then disconnected. I recommend avoiding this service; verifying product authenticity resulted in disconnection. Paying that amount and receiving fakes is unacceptable!
