This service is completely fraudulent. I ordered a product at what seemed to be a discounted price. After placing my order, they informed me that the item was backordered and would take a month to ship. After a month, they claimed the item was discontinued, but I contacted the manufacturer and discovered they still produce it and I could buy directly from them (which I did). The customer service representative canceled my order, stating my credit card wasn't charged, leaving me uncertain about potential fraud. I advise against purchasing from them.
