Grays recently moved us (and an awful lot of stuff) from London to Leeds. I cannot fault the service they provided, from the point of getting a quote to the end of the move. Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. We paid more to have the team pack our stuff for us, and we were amazed at the speed and efficiency with which they did this. Everything arrived in Leeds in one piece, and it was a supremely stress-free experience thanks to Robert and the team. I'd have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Grays; it wasn't the cheapest quote we got, but it was definitely worth paying a tiny bit more for fantastic service and peace of mind. Worth every penny.
