I have given 5 stars but would have given 10 if possible!Grays storage and removals service has been nothing short of exceptional. It was the only company who came to visit my property before giving me a quote for moving. They really studied all the specifics (fragile items, plants...) and tailored their services accordingly. Fiona was on the phone to answer any queries I had with an incredible level of care.On the day of the move, a full team of 6 arrived at 7AM! They were all extremely considerable, polite and professional. And so efficient!They each went out of their way to ensure the smoothest possible move. I felt extremely looked after.I have moved many times in London and this was by far the best experience I have had, truly fantastic.
