The three men who came to do my removal were astonishingly efficient. They got the whole thing done in record-quick time, with no breakages.They were a teeny bit grouchy however - one of them said, "We're so busy at the moment we could really have done without you, but we try to honour our bookings," and two of them separately told me that they'd had to hire an extra lorry to do my removal because all their own vehicles were in use but "we wanted to keep the booking". Well... yes. That's basic professionalism: if you take a booking you honour it. No extra points for that. And maybe not a great idea to tell paying customers that you don't need their business?But they got the job done, can't argue with that!
