I purchased a vehicle from Great Britain Motors in July 2025. Within days of purchase, an oil leak was identified.The vehicle was sold with a warranty, which was advertised as being included in the total purchase price. I made a claim through the warranty provider; however, the warranty did not cover the full cost of the repairs required.I contacted the dealership to request a reasonable resolution, specifically an extension of the warranty and a refund of the amount not covered. These requests were refused. 6month warranty has now expired and I’m still having issues with the car. I have attempted to resolve the matter through both email and telephone communication. Emails have gone unanswered, and phone calls have been terminated before the issue could be resolved.As the matter remains unresolved, I am now pursuing it through formal/legal channels. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership.
