Having never had to use the Assistance staff and facilities b4, I was extremely impressed from the ease my husband was able to book help for me travelling from Norwich to London Liverpool Street 09.32 and the return journey 18.30.All staff at both stations were pleasant, knew my details, ready with buggy, conductor on return journey phoned ahead as well keeping me informed. Having fractured my ankle, the daunting exercise of having to walk the length of a platform was taken away. Please thank all staff Norwich & Assistance staff at Liverpool Street for their kindness and organisation.
