Like others I had a subscription that renewed automatically without refund. No answers to emails to cancel and no warning of money to be taken. I got it cancelled by complaining verbally to a customer agent and insisting on email confirmation of cancellation 11 months before next renewal. The best way to get some of their magazines (Modern Gardens is good) is to open a Lloyds Club bank account and get it for FREE!!! A perk. No renewals and no money taken from me.
