This housing association is excellent. Repairs are always completed efficiently within 24 hours of reporting. The staff is friendly and considerate, ensuring no mess is made. My housing officer is fantastic, genuinely caring about our feedback and treating us with respect. After my husband reported a fall, she promptly addressed the issue the next day. All staff members are incredibly helpful, and the call handlers check in to ensure everything is okay.

My housing officer is exceptional, genuinely valuing our opinions and treating us with respect. She is very attentive to our needs.
