There was some confusion about the number of edits GRF would perform, despite their terms and conditions specifically stating the purchaser would receive two edits after the initial consultation. When I brought the language of their terms to their attention, I was told that what I signed was their general Ts&Cs, and the language I referred to was for a different service. My question, of course was why would you have me sign Ts&Cs that didn't fully apply to the service I purchased? I was told everyone signs the same document, as if this explained away their misrepresentation of the services they would provide. I wouldn't refer them to anyone since this felt like a bait and switch. Ultimately, I had to pay more to have them complete their review of the edits to my resume I shared with them. They would've let me walk away with an incomplete resume, which brings me to my other point. This service is set up such that they provide you with a consultation and then you perform the edits to the resume. I've never experienced this before, and it wasn't established clearly up front—worst experience with a resume writing service EVER.
