I received our letter stating the closure of our local Morayfield branch. I rang twice to request answers as to why and was hung up on both times. So I attended my branch on Friday to Withdraw all my money and asked the lovely employees where they would now be working (as it was stated these staff would be relocated to other areas) only to find out these people are now Umeployed!!! What a disgrace! Now yr forcing me as a Veteran PTSD sufferer with severe anxiety to battle the Bruce Highway to travel 25+ minutes (depending on crashes and traffic) to be only able to use the nearest branch at Northlakes? I will be looking for a New Bank one that doesn’t lie to its customers!
