absolutely cannot recommend this shop! I ordered two Kentia palm plants here, and they arrived infested with pests (thrips).I reported the issue to customer service immediately—just one hour after delivery—along with photos. At first, I was ignored for a week, and since then I have been offered the same thing over and over again for weeks: a 15% discount or having to cover the return shipping costs myself.Even though this is clearly a defect, my rights are being denied. I will now be taking this matter to a lawyer.This whole situation is very frustrating, as it is obvious that the shop does not care at all about my loss. Stay away!!!
