I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the delivery service for my recent order, which included a pineapple plant and a birthday card.When placing the order, I specifically selected the delivery date on your website to ensure the gift would arrive on time for a birthday. However, while tracking the shipment, I noticed that the parcel never even left the warehouse.I contacted customer support three times asking for assistance, but the only response I received was to wait up to 7 working days and then follow up. There was no acknowledgment of the urgency or importance of the order being a birthday gift.After the 7 working days had passed, the parcel still had not arrived. Upon contacting customer service again, I was informed that the parcel had been returned and was offered two options: to create a new order or receive a refund. Given the circumstances and the missed occasion, I chose to proceed with a refund.This experience was extremely disappointing. Not only did the delivery fail to meet the selected date, but the lack of proactive support and urgency from your team made the situation worse. The purpose of the order was completely undermined.I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve both your delivery reliability and customer service responsiveness in similar situations.
