After a week, I reached out myself and was told they were experiencing a high volume of orders and would process mine in due courseThe plants arrived in poor condition. One of them was barely rooted and wouldn’t stay in the pot at all. The largest pot, which cost €350, arrived slightly cracked.Now, less than a week after delivery, all the plants are gradually losing leaves — clearly the shipping process was very stressful for them.The pallet the order arrived on was extremely old and falling apart, with rusty nails sticking out. This is not what you expect when placing an order worth €1300.
