The shop is nice and functionnal.However...What I ordered :"120cm Beaucarnea"What I received : a 80cm BeaucarneaThis plant happened to be heavily damaged (2 broken parts) despite the box being intact.reached to them by mail on the 16th of january and opened a case on paypal, still waiting for a reply...So far I'm not pleased at all and do not recommend this seller.-----------02/02 Update : the shop kindly sent me another plant in replacement, however this one arrived broken too... -----------05/02 update : the finally sent me a 20% refund and I'll try to save the initial plant and the replacement one. I don't know who to blame for this but either the packaging doesn't hold the plant tight enough or the boxes are handeled properly during shipping, this will be my last order with this shop.the customer support is OKish, I asked for plants return and full refund and had to accept a 20% disciount and keep the broken plants that will take months to heal and look fine in my appartment.
