I ordered online to deliver to Germany and the plant was not delivered on the date I selected but only few days later, without further communication. Once I received the plant, I noticed that it was shorter than advertised. While I understand it cannot match the height precisely, it was still considerably shorter than sold online. I reported the issue, provided pictures with myself standing next to the plant, a video with a meter that unfortunately is not long enough but the customer service is insisting on taking a picture with a full length meter, that I don't have, I would need to go buy for just this purpose. I believe this is not a very customer friendly practice: Green Bubble should have measured before sending in my opinion.All in all my experience with the company has been disappointing, although the plant seems to be fine and healthy.
