Unfortunately, after consulting with a local plant shop, it seems we received a damaged plant from the start. We carefully followed the care instructions from the website and placed our 2.5m Strelitzia in the perfect spot in our apartment. After watering it just once, the leaves started turning brown one by one. Within a month, we had no choice but to cut off all the leaves—leaving us with nothing, despite having paid €230.What makes this even more frustrating is the poor customer service. We reached out after three weeks, which meant the warranty had technically expired. While we understand that plants are living organisms and warranties are limited, it was clear from the start that they didn’t care and provided little to no support. Given how quickly the plant deteriorated, it was obvious that something was wrong from the beginning. If you’re considering ordering from them, be aware that you might receive a damaged plant without realizing it until the warranty has expired—leaving you without a plant and out of pocket. And if any issues arise, don’t expect meaningful assistance, even if you provide detailed explanations and photos. Also, don’t expect any response if you try reaching out to them on Instagram, either. It’s incredibly disappointing because we were so excited at first—the delivery was right on time. But in the end, the experience was a huge letdown. Also, keep in mind that “delivery” only means to the front door, not to your apartment. We had to learn this the hard way, struggling to carry a 2.5m plant through a busy city, across the backyard, and up to the second floor.
