Ordered my plants excited on the promise of fast home delivery as I was home these days . After a couple days I needed to send them a mail as why I didn't any updates concerning the delivery. Customer service reacted quickly but with the weekend I had to wait until Monday to have more information. A week later, the plants were delivered but as I only knew the morning what time delivery would be, I lost a whole day of my weekend.The plants were really good and well preserved in the box, the fake plant was a disappointment and not like on the description but a return would create to much hassle at own cost.
