Wish I read the negative reviews before ordering a very expensive XXL strelizia Reginae with them.The plant they sent me was sick due to mealybugs deep between the roots. This was not directly visible so I could not make a claim in time. Now they refuse to do anything as the 14 days have passed.My advice: don’t buy these expensive plants online with this company! It is smart of them to send the requests for reviews directly after the delivery. That process they manage well and potential issues only come up later. At the time a problem arises they are apparently not willing to take responsibility for sending a sick plant. Do not buy here!
