I ordered a Calathea from Greenbubble that was supposed to be 70 cm tall. What I received was barely 60 cm, pot included — more than 10 cm shorter than advertised. This is not a minor variation, especially considering the price difference between sizes.To make matters worse, I waited over two and a half weeks to receive the plant — with no updates from Greenbubble whatsoever. I had to contact them multiple times before they finally processed and shipped my order. This level of communication is completely unacceptable.When I complained about the size discrepancy, customer service responded by saying that “plants are living things” and that size variation is normal. That kind of answer is both lazy and dismissive. I fully understand that plants grow, but when you advertise a specific size and charge accordingly, the customer is entitled to receive what they paid for — not a significantly smaller version with a canned excuse.Greenbubble’s handling of this order shows a complete lack of professionalism, transparency, and care for the customer. They take your money, go silent, and when you raise legitimate concerns, they respond with excuses instead of solutions.I will absolutely not be ordering from them again, and I strongly recommend others to think twice. If anything goes wrong, don’t expect support — only delays and deflection.
