I purchased the Katarakter Gold flower pot less than a year ago for €109.95 – and I strongly advise against buying it. While it looks attractive, it’s completely useless for real plants. As soon as you use it as intended – placing a plant inside and watering it – it starts to rust and develops holes. The pot can only be used with artificial plants, as it cannot tolerate water at all. For a flower pot, that’s just ridiculous.What’s most frustrating is that the damage occurs through normal use, and in the end, you’re left with a broken item that’s only good for the trash. The customer service was no help at all – they claimed the issue must have been a delivery defect that should have been reported within two weeks.They completely ignore the fact that the damage results from using the product as intended. According to their policy, any quality defects that appear after two weeks are automatically not their responsibility – as if poor quality can’t show up after a short time.As a “solution,” I was offered a 5% discount – for a defective product that cost over €100. That’s not a solution – it’s throwing money in the bin.Conclusion: The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. No quality, no accountability. Once and never again – I absolutely do not recommend ordering here. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
