Good experience, everything went well, from ordering to customer service availability and willingness to help. However I can’t give 5 stars because my plant arrived damaged. There are two big leaves from my XL Plant that are kinked due to the packaging which in my opinion was too thin. I doubt they’ll recover.I would have wished more care in the packaging.Overall happy with my order.
