I ordered a large tree, it arrived as pictured, but lost a lot of leaves after LESS THAN 2 WEEKS. After 4 weeks there were hardly any leaves left on the tree. It also had scattered mealybugs when it was delivered. The Green Bubble Service does reply, but you get the feeling that the answers come from a bot or are at least simply scripted. The same care instructions were given over and over again (e.g. put it by a window), although I had repeatedly reported in previous emails that I had already implemented all these things from the start. Of course, the photos also showed that the tree was standing directly in front of a window. I suspect that the tree has either already been delivered diseased (.... including mealybugs) and/or has not tolerated the cool transport in November and is therefore shedding its leaves. Green Bubble does say that new leaves will grow in the spring, but it would have to produce more than 60 large leaves in a few months to look anywhere near beautiful again. For a tree that is described as evergreen, I don't expect it to shed 90% of its leaves just because it is (as green bubble claims) the cold & dark season. I've tried to get a partial refund but was told that there is no guarantee for plants, so I have to keep my tree skeleton without any sort of compensation.My conclusion: 300€ thrown out the window. After 4 weeks, the tree is just a naked skeleton that I don't want to have in my room.
