The delivery was fast and the packaging was well done. The plant looked as beautiful as in the pictures. However, it ARRIVED with mealybugs (they were already on the plant, they were not in my apartment)! I wrote to Green Bubble and they just recommended to remove the bugs one by one. The problem is that the bugs continued to reproduce and spread (I am pretty sure there were eggs in the ground). I also tried using Neem oil preparations and chemical sprays, with no result. After several months, I had to remove the plant from my apartment to avoid the bugs from spreading to other plants. I have no choice but to cut the plant and throw it away! In the end, this was a total waste of money. Such a shame the company doesn’t take responsibility for the problem! :(
