Didn't keep their commitments. Situation: I needed help from a human because of unusual circumstances. Experience: I was upfront about my situation, provided all the documentation that I was able to and specifically asked a month ago if they would be able to help me. I was told yes, but never got anything more. They kept telling me 'yes ... just give me a little time" right up until 2 days before the deadline, when they backed out. I would have understood if they had reviewed what I provided and told me last month, "sorry, we can't work with what you've given us." I explicitly said that I needed to know if they could help or if I should find someone else. I expect a professional company to give me a direct answer, not string me along and then backout at the last minute. Very disappointed. ... at least I got their backout email the day before the deadline.
